Back to Berkeley

After the average hotel breakfast with Angie’s folks in Modesto we spent some time Skyping with Marie in Germany....gosh we miss her. She was so surprised as she had no clue we were visiting with Yu. We are so proud of these girls and they're still best friends after all these years. 💕

Another rainy day....good thing we brought the rain with us?! 

Traffic was ok until we got close to exits near any shopping centers....Black Friday you know...we managed to only take one wrong exit but thank goodness for the GPS or we'd still be driving around 😂😂😂 

We are staying at a beautiful hotel near the marina in Berkeley called the Doubletree. It’s really out of the way and spread out. Apparently there is a free shuttle within a 3 mile radius. We will have to check this out tomorrow.
